TADAMS Board Meeting, 11/25/2024
November 25 @ 7:00 pm – 8:45 pm at Twin Hickory Public Library
All interested individuals are invited to attend Board meetings. Board meetings happen periodically at different locations, and are announced through the mailing list.
TADAMS Board aims to meet once a month (less in summer) to conduct business and plan activities. If you don’t want to be on the Board but want to help on a committee please consider one of the following:
- Membership: Virginia Varland – maintains membership list
- Volunteer Coordinator: (open)
- Housing Coordinator: (open)
- Sound: Jim Creegan – If you are interested in learning to do sound, please contact Jim.
- Springforth Ball: Help with planning and managing this annual event
- Media: Gregg Fenton (Notifies several magazines and newspapers
of the dance schedule); Theresa Keefe (Sends email notice of each dance to the members); Lucie Vinciguerra (Facebook events, notifications and invitations to followers and surrounding dance groups) - Webmaster: Jeremy Raw – Maintains and updates the web site (with help from others)
