DESCRIPTION:Location: Lewis Ginter Recreation Association \n\n\n\nAdmission: Workshop is Free (Stay and play for the dance afterwards!) \n\n\n\nDance Band Workshop: Participate in a music workshop on “How to be a good dance band” and then demonstrate your mastery of the material by playing for a contra dance that afternoon (2:30-5:30pm)!  Band leaders are Steve Suhring on fiddle and Jack Maus on keyboard. \n\n\n\nAll skill levels and instruments are welcome to join in the fun. \n\n\n\nWhat to bring: \n\n\n\n\nInstruments\n\n\n\nMusic stand (if appropriate)\n\n\n\nMusic: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1X2G1ilM0DCq9sYw9UbmgGwGadUkEtJ-e\n\n\n\nWater bottle / snacks\n\n\n\nPencil\n\n\n\n\nNote: This is not a jam session.
